The Fever

"LA punk rockers from Germany THE FEVER offer up some ballsy Neo-Wave tunes reminiscent of some of the best bands from NYC and San Francisco circa late 1970's. Coco's vocals echo another beauty, Debby Harry, but with a tinge of bored junkie adding an edgier sound. Listen to Romeo Void's classic "Never Say Never" and you could imagine The Fever sharing the stage with them. Lead guitarist/bass player Teut licks have a raw punkish sound but his proficiency elevates him closer to new-wave. In both "Cheap Tattoo" and "Chicka Boom" he grinds out distorted power chords backed by his fat bass beats while Coco snarls lyrics at you. The Settlement is an 8-piece jam band from Huntington, WV that was founded in 2014. We combine rowdy rock riffs with complex jazz harmonies, funky bass lines, creamy pop vocals, jammin' reggae grooves and a multitude of diverse world music influences. We offer a truly original live performance that thrives on passion, improvisation, and creativity. Our main goal is to grow as a band and spread love to all who hear our music.
