Starting in the fall of 2013, 49 Winchester began as an acoustic trio from the small town of Castlewood, Virginia. They quickly made a name for themselves and gained a following throughout the region. Their unique blend of folksy rock & roll comes together from a wide array of modern and traditional influences. With an added rhythm section, he now five-piece band attracted attention from Tennessee based 'Gold Ship Records' and released their independent debut album '49 Winchester' in April 2014 The band is currently touring in the eastern US promoting their album and working on their anticipated follow up record.
