Monaco & Alameda are an indy-folk band whose old style Americana-Folk songs are filled with evocative harmonies and curious story telling. Inspired by the American songwriting greats, Peter Sheridan and Erika Sheridan blend their opposing backgrounds of Ireland's countryside and Denver/NYC create a sound and energy that is something special and peculiar. With their unique singing style and intricate, rhythmic instrumentation, Monaco & Alameda have a rich, gritty sound that captures their audience whether playing with a full band, or as an acoustic duo. Their first EP "Overtake" launched in January of 2015, and completed their 2nd EP "Well and Alive" in November 2015. The group is currently working on a third EP, and will be debuting their new songs on their summer tour that begins June 2016.
